Can i change my booking date?
Yes, customer required to inform a week before checked in.

Any security deposit?
Yes, the security deposit is RM200 (pay upon booking) and it will be refund within 24 hours after check-out.  

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Booking fee is not refundable yet you can change the reservation  to 3rd party or postpone to other date.

Do you provide parking facility?
One complimentary indoor car parking lot will be provided for each reserved unit.

Do you provide internet & laundering service?
Extra charges : Portable WIFI at RM10; laundry service for 5kg at RM10 .  

Do you provide breakfast?
No breakfast is served.

Do you provide any temporary storage space after checked out?
Yes, at our office.

The common facility operating hours?
The Swimming pool,Bbq pit,Gmy room is operate from morning 10:00am till 10:00pm.
